Items that are eligible to be returned must be new, in its unopened original box/package, and must be shipped back to Hobby Headquarters Inc,(H.H.Q.) within 30 days of the original purchase date. All shipping costs of any returned item, to and from H.H.Q. is the responsibility of the purchaser. Hobby Headquarters Inc. reserves the right to refuse any return submitted if it is found to be missing items from the original content list, or finds evidence that the item has been used, or tampered with in any way.
Any item that is returned to H.H.Q, that is approved for return and is new in package is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
If there is an item that isn't working correctly, please contact H.H.Q. All customers that have an item that needs to returned, for any reason, needs to call H.H.Q. about it first to get an authorization number. Any item that has been sent to H.H.Q. without a "return authorization number" will not be opened by the H.H.Q. staff and sent back to the purchaser.
Defective returns: Please make sure to read all instructions on all products to make sure that the problem is not something "simple." Customers with items that seem to be "defective," and are within the warranty period for that product, need to contact the manufacturer about, said defective product. All items that are returned due to being 'defective" may take up to two weeks before any money is returned to allow for the H.H.Q. staff to inspect/test said defective item, once it has arrived at H.H.Q.
Shipping: All shipping costs for any item that is being returned to H.H.Q., for any reason, is the responsibility of the purchaser.
